Happy Spring, Everyone!

Isn’t it fun to see the crocuses and daffodils pushing through the ground?

Oh, it is such a great time to play outside. One of my favorite things to do is to roll in the grass on my back. Try it, you’ll like it. I’d have to say my favorite things to do in the spring are rolling in the grass, smelling the ground where all the underground critters have made their homes, chasing a stick and then shaking my head back and forth when I catch it, laying in the sun, digging in the dirt and did I mention rolling in the grass? Sometimes I get very creative by rolling all the way over and back again and then lying completely still on my back, so my human knows it is time to rub my belly.

Here at New Hope, everyone loves creative play. It’s so important to us that we are looking for a Certified Recreational Therapist to provide fun and creative activities for children and adults at our Castleton location. Come and join our team! It is a lot of fun around here – especially when we get to roll in the grass!
