Welcome, Cassi Dean!

15 Nov Welcome, Cassi Dean!

As we say goodbye to Lynn Feldman after her 41 years of service to New Hope, we are glad to welcome back Cassi Dean as our new Director of Supported Living. Cassi has twenty years of experience serving individuals with disabilities. She started at New Hope as a Team Leader in Supported Living in 2007 and left in 2017 after becoming a Manager. Since then she has gained leadership experience at the Arc of Greater Boone County and, most recently, as the Executive Director of INcare Solutions where she expanded their supported living program. Her peers describe her as hard-working, compassionate and competent and value her integrity tremendously.

Cassi is originally from Fort Wayne but now lives in Speedway with her family. She is a proud mom and stays busy with her kids when she isn’t at work. When she does find some time for herself, she enjoys relaxing with a facial and massage or reading novels. As a family, they enjoy going to amusement parks and riding roller coasters – the bigger the better! – and going roller skating or watching the Colts play on the weekends.

At work, Cassi strives to be authentic and does a great job at handling the tough stuff. With experience in team and program development, she is excited to take on New Hope’s Supported Living Department and to carry on the commitment to excellence that New Hope has always had. She navigates hard conversations with compassion and makes it clear to her team that she is here to be a support, a coach, and to help them succeed. She is fiercely passionate about the individuals we serve and helping them to live their best life. She says that her team will quickly learn that she loves black coffee, is exceptionally girly and has a bad habit of losing pens.

We are so glad to welcome Cassi back to New Hope in her new role!
