Volunteer Appreciation

27 Apr Volunteer Appreciation

April is National Volunteer Month, a month dedicated to recognizing the importance of volunteering and honoring the significant contributions volunteers make by generously donating their time and talents to worthy causes. At New Hope, volunteers support our mission in so many different ways. From our dedicated Board of Directors and the committees that support them to our friends from Kiwanis and College Park Church, volunteers are helping the individuals we serve live their best lives.

Volunteers help with the day-to-day administrative tasks that support our business. They provide their professional expertise and guidance on our Human Rights Committee and our Finance Committee. Volunteers provide interactive and engaging social events for the individuals we serve like Kiwanis bingo night and weekly Bookworms book club. They offer friendship and spiritual guidance through Bible Study and Sunday School. Most importantly, New Hope’s volunteers bring joy to the individuals we serve.

We cannot say thank you enough to these generous volunteers:

New Hope’s Board of Directors
Committee Volunteers for Marketing & PR, Finance, Human Rights, Ethics, Silver Cup Celebration and others
Kiwanis Club of Northwest Indianapolis with special thanks to Laura Noblitt, Christina Ferroli, Roy Heedan, John Bloom and others
College Park Church’s Special Needs Ministry with special thanks to Jeff & Joanne Alexovich, Daryl Daugherty and others
Special activities volunteers with special thanks to Gay Burkhart, Kathe Rae and others

To all of our dedicated volunteers: we couldn’t do what we do without each and every one of you! THANK YOU!
