At New Hope, we believe that quality of life starts in the home, which is why we offer a broad range of residential services for people with disabilities. We have a variety of housing options that serve individuals whose needs range from a couple of hours per week to 24/7 services.
Day Services is an activity-based program that serves adults with intellectual and physical disabilities every weekday from 9am to 4pm. By offering a broad spectrum of activities from art and games to cooking and gardening, individuals have the opportunity to shape their own day through personal choice and preference.
We serve our clients holistically by focusing on social, emotional, and spiritual needs. We offer music therapy, recreation therapy, and behavior services to people with varying levels of disability. Each person receives individualized care from a specialist who helps them be successful at home, school, work, and in the community.
Our in-home services provide support to children and adults in their family home. Services include individualized assistance with all aspects of the person’s life, including independent living skills, community connections, and follow-trhough on therapy and/or education goals.
The Home Based counseling program provides intensive home and community based services, including intensive family therapy to help families successfully reunite after abuse or neglect has occurred. Families are referred to our program through the Department of Child Services or Juvenile Court.
