What We Offer

We offer a full spectrum of services with one goal in mind – to ensure that the families and individuals we serve thrive. Our associates provide accessible transportation, help plan and cook meals, administer medications, ensure the home is clean, assist with community outings and do fun activities with the individuals we serve. New Hope has nurses on staff who coordinate medical care for individuals who live in our residential homes. Our Durable Medical Equipment Specialist helps to coordinate and obtain specialized equipment to meet the needs of those we support. Many individuals who live residentially with us also work with a Behavior Consultant who helps them reach their goals and monitors their social and emotional well-being.

Our Experience

New Hope boasts a dedicated team where 30% of our associates have been employed with us for over 10 years and over 50% have had more than a decade of total experience.

Our Culture

“We are in the people business.” This phrase encapsulates our commitment to creating a caring and inclusive culture where every individual, regardless of ability, is celebrated. The individuals we serve are at the heart of what we do, and our core values – Service, Reverence, Integrity, Inclusivity, Wisdom, Creativity, and Dedication—guide our actions every day.
