Adrienne Rogers – 12/17/2025

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of associate, Adrienne Rogers on December 17, 2025. For the past 12 years, New Hope was blessed to experience the deep care that Adrienne had as a DSP at Grandview 2. Adrienne’s compassion for the ladies at Grandview 2 was ever apparent through community outings to get hair and nails done, preparing those delicious meals, keeping the ladies’ rooms organized and developing relationships with families. Adrienne was dedicated to her family and faith in Christ. Adrienne will be truly missed by her Grandview family, fellow coworkers and all who knew her.

Lezlie Burnett – 12/18/2025

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Lezlie Burnett on December 18, 2025, at the age of fifty-nine. Lezlie was born on June 2, 1966. She became a part of the New Hope family when she moved into the Laboure group home in 2003. Lezlie was the life of the party in the house and always loved spending time with her housemates. Lezlie participated in New Hope’s Day Services program where she most notably loved to play bingo on Wednesdays and sing karaoke on Thursdays. Lezlie loved her family and would always look forward to a visit from them. Lezlie was a huge fan of Micheal Jackson. Anytime she was upset, the house would be filled with a Michael Jackson song and her mood would instantly turn right around. In March 2025, she moved to the Majestic Care of Carmel nursing home where she was able to receive continued care and later passed. Our thoughts and prayers are with Lezlie’s family, her housemates who loved her deeply and all who came to know Lezlie at her time at New Hope.
