New Hope welcomes new Board Chair, Gretchen Sussman, and other new members this July. Gretchen will serve as New Hope’s Board Chair for a two-year term beginning July 1st. Gretchen has been on New Hope’s Board for the past two year and has served as the Governance Committee Chair and the Special Workforce Committee Chair. With Gretchen’s 30 years of experience in executive leadership, New Hope is excited to grow and flourish.

New Hope would also like to thank Liz Hoover for her service to New Hope. Liz has served as the Board chair for the last two years. Liz has lead as the Board Chair for New Hope with the utmost dedication and commitment to New Hope’s individuals and associates. New Hope thanks Liz for her invaluable leadership during the last couple difficult years.

New Hope would like to welcome five new Board members, Audra Blasdel, Devin Moore, Alan O’Rear, Bill Stinson and Parker Willis, to its Board of Directors.

Audra Blasdel comes to New Hope with experience in real estate and operations. She currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. Audra has partnered with New Hope in the past on a residential project.

Devin Moore joins the New Hope Board with experience in the surety industry. Devin is the President and Owner of Moore Surety Bonds Agency. He previous played football in the NFL. During the past year, Devin has served on New Hope’s Development Committee to help increase New Hope’s fundraising efforts.

Alan O’Rear comes to New Hope with over twenty years of experience in the finance industry. Alan currently is the Senior Vice President, Sr. Client Advisor and Market Leader at Old National Bank. For the last two years, he has served on New Hope’s Finance and Audit Committee.

Bill Stinson joins the New Hope Board with public affairs experience. Bill is the Sr. Director of Public Affairs at the Indianapolis International Airport. Bill has been a friend of New Hope for many years.

Parker Willis comes to New Hope with fundraising and industry experience. He currently is a Risk Specialist at WolfeRich Insurance Group. Parker has served on New Hope’s Development Committee to help increase New Hope’s fundraising efforts.
New Hope is excited to welcome these new members to its Board of Directors!

New Hope would like to thank a few exiting Board members.

Susan Robinson has been on New Hope’s Board of Directors for since 2013. She has served as the Quality Assurance Committee chair for several years. Susan has been with New Hope for over 40 years where she worked in various capacities before retiring and then joining the Board of Directors. New Hope is extremely thankful for Susan’s dedication and commitment to its individuals and associates. In July Susan will serve as an Emeritus Director on New Hope’s Board.

Ron Mead has been on the Board of Directors for the past six years. He has served as the Finance and Audit Committee chair two times and served a two-year term as the Board chair. Ron was introduced to New Hope over 35 years ago and has been involved in various capacities ever since! New Hope is so grateful for all of the guidance and leadership Ron has provided over the years!

Pam Evans has been involved on New Hope’s Board of Directors for the past three years. Pam has served on New Hope’s Development committee and helped to make New Hope a known throughout the Indianapolis community. New Hope is appreciative of Pam’s commitment to New Hope’s individuals and associates.

Charity Stowe has served on New Hope’s Board for the past three years. Charity also served as a member of New Hope’s Marketing Committee and has provided a unique perspective on the Board as she worked as a Direct Support Professional prior to joining the Board. New Hope is grateful for Charity’s dedication to its individuals and associates.

New Hope has received the best of these Board members, and it is thankful for their leadership.
