New Hope Receives 3-Year CARF Accreditation

22 Feb New Hope Receives 3-Year CARF Accreditation

Once again, New Hope of Indiana has received a 3-Year Accreditation from CARF – Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. This is a testament to the high quality services provided by #TeamNewHope each and every day!

CARF accreditations are determined by a group of expert surveyors who review New Hope’s programs and service delivery, policies and planning, and the overall satisfaction of the individuals we serve. After undergoing our most recent survey in January of this year, New Hope is proud to have received another 3-year accreditation. Here is some of what the surveyors had to say in the accreditation documentation.

“New Hope of Indiana demonstrated a strong commitment to the provision of quality services throughout its programs. Leadership and staff members assist the individuals in fulfilling their desires to be as independent and self-sufficient as possible…the board of directors, leadership and associates form a strong, cohesive and collaborative team that effectively works together to meet the organization’s needs. Although there are opportunities for improvement, the organization’s strengths and commitment to quality are foremost.”

Thank you to #TeamNewHope for their commitment to providing the best services and highest quality care to the individuals we serve!
