New Hope of Indiana is proud to announce that it has once again been named one of Central Indiana’s Top Workplaces by the Indianapolis Star for 2026 — marking the eighth consecutive year receiving this prestigious honor.

In the 2026 Central Indiana Top Workplaces list (published May 7, 2026), New Hope ranked #3 among midsize companies, a strong testament to the organization’s continued commitment to fostering an exceptional workplace culture.

The annual Top Workplaces survey, conducted by Energage in partnership with the IndyStar, gathers anonymous feedback from employees across numerous organizations. Recognition is based on employee responses highlighting key aspects of workplace culture rather than just compensation and benefits.

New Hope excelled in the survey, scoring in the top 25% in 10 categories, including:

When employees were asked, “What three words best describe our culture?” the most common responses painted a vibrant picture of New Hope’s workplace environment: compassionate, inclusive, diverse, supportive, engaging, reliable, excellent, fun, empowering, dedicated, welcoming, and filled with integrity, love, hope, and professionalism.

This recognition aligns with recent employee testimonials featured in the IndyStar. Community mentor Olajumoke Shokunbi shared: “You can feel the love around you. They care about you – not just the individual, they care about the staff, too.” She also expressed, “I love what I do. I love to be at work.”
