Holiday Volunteers Bring Cheer to New Hope

28 Dec Holiday Volunteers Bring Cheer to New Hope

This holiday season, New Hope has been fortunate to have the support of dozens of volunteers to bring some holiday cheer to the individuals we serve.

In our Day Services program, nearly 20 volunteers made the holidays bright with seasonal crafts, holiday bingo, sing-alongs and visits from Santa and his elves. Special thanks to New Hope’s Maintenance team for their creativity and caring which made these holiday parties so extra special! Check out the photos on Facebook.

Continuing a decades-long tradition, our partners at Ascension St. Vincent came together through the Hope for the Holidays program to deliver holiday gifts to individuals served by New Hope who may not have family or friends to share the holiday with or who have a great need. This year, over 30 departments and individuals from Ascension sponsored nearly 60 individuals served by New Hope.

As always, we are incredibly grateful for the volunteers who bring joy to those we serve and who support our mission throughout the year. Special thanks to our holiday volunteer partners including One America, Corteva, Old National Bank, College Park Church, WTHR, Kiwanis Club of Northwest Indianapolis and others.
