Family and Community Services
What We Offer
Our FCS program offers one-to-one support to children and adults with disabilities in their private family home. Using an individualized approach to care, Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) work with individuals to help them build daily living skills – such as cooking, grocery shopping and cleaning.
Our team also ensures that the individuals we serve have the opportunity to be active members in our community. We help identify upcoming events of interest, provide transportation and navigate outings to a variety of places such as local museums, bowling, parks and restaurants. Additionally, our associates provide support to individuals who want to volunteer in the community.
Our Experience
New Hope has offered home-based services to individuals and their families since 2000. Over the years, our associates have helped individuals strengthen life skills and become more active members of our community. Additionally, organization wide, New Hope boasts a dedicated team where 30% of our associates have been employed with us for over 10 years and over 50% have had more than a decade of total experience.

Our Culture
“We are in the people business.” This phrase encapsulates our commitment to creating a caring and inclusive culture where every individual, regardless of ability, is celebrated. The individuals we serve are at the heart of what we do, and our core values—Service, Reverence, Integrity, Inclusivity, Wisdom, Creativity, and Dedication—guide our actions every day.
