The difference in someone’s day could be you.

When caring is your calling.

Being a DSP is more than a job – for many of our team members, it’s a calling.
New Hope’s Direct Support Professionals are primary caregivers for hundreds of individuals with disabilities in Indiana, working closely with individuals and their families to help them live their most fulfilling lives.
Our compassionate and dedicated DSPs are the heart of our team, representing 73% of our staff. They don’t just support the physical needs of the individuals we serve – a DSP is a caregiver, a teacher, a chef, and, above all, a friend.

Personal care. Positive impact.

New Hope of Indiana is a leader in providing holistic services and resources to persons with disabilities and their families while advocating to advance the opportunities for those in need of support.

For more than 40 years, New Hope of Indiana has helped individuals with disabilities and their families live their most independent, fulfilling lives. Through advocacy and services, we’re making a positive impact in our communities every day.
