Sara Miller is a new Team Leader in the day services program. Sara was born and raised in Indianapolis. She left Indianapolis for a brief moment to go to school at Ball State, where she graduated with a degree in Special Education and Elementary Education. Sara comes from a blended family and is the middle child with an older brother, younger sister, and a few step-siblings as well.

In her free time Sara loves to read and listen to music. Sara has taken a special interest in ballroom dancing. About 6 years ago, a friend of hers invited her to watch ballroom dancing and she instantly fell in love. Sara has been dancing ever since.

Sara loves working at New Hope because of the clients. She stated, “They just give you the greatest joy. They cheer you up”. Sara tries to be her best every day. This gives her the motivation to continue to be the amazing team leader that she is in day services. “Anything I can do, I try”.
