New Hope of Indiana is once again an Indy Star Top Workplace. This is the 7^th year in a row that New Hope has been awarded this honor. In 2025, New Hope is ranked 4^th among mid-sized companies. Alex Plothow, Staffing Operations, was drawn to New Hope because of the long history of being a Top Workplace.

When looking for jobs last year, Alex knew he wanted to find a job that has a positive atmosphere. When he saw that New Hope was awarded Top Workplace, based solely on associate feedback, he knew that New Hope would be a place that he would like to work at. Alex will be at New Hope for a year in June and during his time here, he has found that “people who work here are authentic. They actually want to help and have a sense of pride in their work”.

New Hope of Indiana was in the top 5% of surveyed companies in the following categories: Clued-In Employees, Strong Values, Meaningful Work and Innovation. Alex emphasized these qualities and stated that anytime he has questions, he feels comfortable asking and always finds the person with the answer.  New Hope also scored in the top 25% in the following categories: Trusted Leader, Supportive Managers, Open Minded, Leaders In-The-Know, Employee Appreciation, Cross-Team Cooperations, and Company Direction. New Hope was given a special recognition for Training due to having the standout score to the question of “I get the formal training I want for my career”.
