A Note from Allison: November 2025

I love this time of year.  I love having my extended family at our home for Thanksgiving (26 this year).  I love the food, the traditions and the conviviality of the season.  I also genuinely love the reminder to pause and reflect on what we are grateful for.

If you are following New Hope’s social media, you have recently seen what some of our individuals are grateful for-family and friends.  Check out our Facebook page here! If you stop by New Hope you can see our wall of gratitude pumpkins with everything from pepperoni pizza to good health to New Hope!

One of the things I am most grateful for is you!  If you are reading this, you are a friend to New Hope, to one of our individuals served or sometimes just me (Janna, I see you). I am awed by the web of friendship, love, history, family, trust and service that New Hope has woven with each of you.  And through this web, you provide gifts of all sorts to New Hope.  Gifts of time, talent or treasure, in the greatest sense of those words.

You all are giving your gifts in one way or another to New Hope and we truly thank you!  As you hopefully saw in our Annual Report, New Hope had a great year last year thanks to all of you and our wonderful team here at New Hope!

We definitely see trouble in the waters ahead, but we will report more on that after we pause and remind ourselves what we are truly grateful for this season.

I hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

All my best wishes-

Allison
