I always love Thanksgiving! it is the one time a year we don’t think about presents, so we can think about what we are grateful for.  At New Hope we take it one step further and write it down to share with each other.  If you have been to New Hope recently, you may have seen our gratitude pumpkins making their way around the interior walls of the building.  We have so much to be grateful for we have almost made it all the way around!  For those of you who can’t visit here are a few of the ones I saw:

• My kids and grandkids
• Young love
• God
• Grateful for good physical and mental health
• Pie
• AIM, work, fall and summer
• Thanksgiving
• Funny hats
• Thankful for being part of the New Hope Family

What are you grateful for?

One thing I am grateful for is all of you.  Thank you to New Hope’s individuals, friends, families, associates, supporters, volunteers, and board members.

I received a birthday card last month from a good friend and fellow gardener, it says:

“Let us be grateful to the people who make us happy:  they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom” Marcel Proust

You are all the charming gardeners of New Hope.  Thank you for making our souls *and our organization* blossom!
