Happy May-

I hope everyone had a relaxing and fun Memorial Day weekend with the Racers and the Pacers!  I am sorry for our Pacers, but hope they have a good night tonight!

Just like all of Indianapolis is  proud of our city’s sports-swagger, I have been so proud of New Hope all month!

May is always busy at New Hope with our 500 Princess Party, Friends of the Fox visits to the track and the 500 Festival Parade!  Thanks to all the volunteers that made these super-fun and special events happen!

This May was made even more special because New Hope was named an Indy Star Top Workplace for the seventh year in a row!  This year we were named number 4 for midsize companies!  If you read the IndyStar article, you might have seen that New Hope was a special award winner for  its training!  I think our continuous training is one of the reasons New Hope’s services are so successful and it is exciting to be recognized!  Not to mention the honor of being a seventh year  in a row as a Top Workplace.  We work hard on our culture and are proud it shows!

And then to top it off, we had an extremely successful CARF survey two weeks ago!  As you read in the article,  New Hope had no recommendations or corrective actions and lots of positive support.  This is the second time in the last three surveys that we have had no recommendations!

Here is what the surveyors had to say in the exit interview were some of  New Hope’s strengths:

“Tremendous, Excellent survey”

They also told us that we can say that New Hope is one of the best organizations they have seen!  These comments and the no recommendation survey have certainly given New Hope its own swagger!

Thanks again to all of the amazing associates at New Hope that work hard to make both the Top Workplace and the successful CARF survey possible!!  I am so proud of #TeamNewHope!
