Because of you we had a great Second Annual Silver Cup Celebration! I certainly appreciate everything everyone did to make this event a success! The event raised over $80,000 and netted more than last year! Thanks to our matching grant, donations, pledges and artwork purchases, over $27,000 will go directly to the art therapy room renovation and programming. A new door will soon be a reality!

The committee led by Sarah Stone, New Hope’s Manager of Development, did an exceptional job planning the event. Thank you all! Thanks to our generous sponsors including Pearson Ford, PNC and St. Vincent Health! Thanks to Ken Haupt, of Carrel Haupt Group for the two beautiful videos! Thanks to all the individuals we serve for making the event so meaningful including the New Hope choir, Robert Hoey, Tom Murray and the AIM groups! They were all great!

A special thanks and congratulations to our honorees: John Pearson of Pearson Ford, first ever recipient of New Hope of Indiana’s Partner in Service Award, as well as Lynn Feldman and Kathe Rae, two long-time associates that will be retiring this year. They have made New Hope the wonderful place it is. What will we do without their Dedication and Service? Thank you all!

Last but not least, thanks to all of you that are reading this who attended the Silver Cup Celebration and supported New Hope. This event cannot happen without you! And to those who are reading this but could not come this year, please consider coming next year. I think all of those who attended will tell you it is a joyful and fun-filled event.

Our next event is Walking for Dreams on Sunday, May 19th from 1pm-2:30 pm. This is a fun, family and pet-friendly 5K walk to raise money for New Hope. I hope to see everyone there! Register online and contact Sarah Stone with any questions.
