Home Based Counseling

The Home Based Counseling program provides home and community based services that include intensive family therapy, case management and supervised visitation to support families in successfully reuniting after abuse or neglect has occurred. Families are referred to our program through the Department of Child Services or Juvenile Court. Masters level clinicians provide therapy on an individual and family group basis. Bachelor level case managers connect families with community resources, teach parenting skills and assist with other daily needs of the family. We believe that families can heal from an incident of abuse or neglect, and the bond between child and parent can be rebuilt.

Our in-home services include:

Home Based Counseling

Case Management

Supervised Visitation

Parenting Assessments

Teaching & Support in Child Development

Positive Discipline & Parenting Instruction

Nutrition, Housekeeping & Cooking Instruction

We believe that families can heal from an incident of abuse or neglect, and the bond between child and parent can be rebuilt.
